Twin Standard CHR-FLUE™ Solution

1st installation to replace a 150-foot tall chimney/stack with two 16-foot tall CHR-FLUETM units (chimney/stack demolished)

• Twin CHR Towers System installed for multiple Boiler Exhaust to both replace old brick stack and to reduce fuel consumption and air pollutant emissions
• System peak heat recovery rate: 5.5 million Btu’s per hour at peak Boilers Steam of 21,500 LB Steam/h @100 psig
• Reduction of boiler fuel (natural gas and oil) consumption by 16% (Oil) and 20% (NG)
• Annual savings of over $80,000 (1992), which today is valued at $200,000/Year
• Expected Return On Investment (ROI) was achieved
• Reduction of air pollutants and visible plume
